The repair kit is a great product. Following the instructions on UTube I came out with a great repair. Shipping was slow. US Customs and USPS delayed it more than a month.

Hi, 

Unfortunately, the balm is mainly used on Aniline Leathers as described in the product listing or; leathers that absorb. It sounds like you tried to use this on "pigmented leather".
