If you offer something for free you should send it. If not send a apology message item ran out. Otherwise the items ordered were as expected.

Hi There, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are sorry you are disappointed that you did not receive a free gift with your order. You're order was £18 and did not meet the minimum threshold of "Spend £49 or more to receive a free gift", as stated on the website which is why you did not receive this.
