Thanks for providing the feedback. It really does help us improve our service to our customers. You ordered on a Friday so your order was despatched on the Monday. From the tracking provided it looked as though it was delayed because TNT couldn't find your address. It appears that they tried to contact you, they did have a landline number as provided by yourself on your order. With regards to contacting Life Under Canvas for an update we have checked our answer machine and can't find any messages from you but please do accept our apologies if we missed your call.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review for us. Your mat was marked as despatched when we hadn't allotted the stock. This is very unusual and I'm sorry that this was your experience of ordering with Life Under Canvas. From our records tracking was provided to your email, so perhaps it landed in spam. Unfortunately when a number of items are sent together there is a chance that they get split up in transit and delivered on different days or by different vehicles. This is out of our control and an issue with the courier. I'm sorry that this was the case with your order.
