Thought the individuals who helped me, were very rude and patronising. As I am not familiar with pump systems and fell very belittled because I wasn't exactly sure which pump I needed to buy.

Hi,

I can only apologise profusely about this. I am quite shocked that this has happened and I will be speaking with our sales manager to ensure nothing like this every happens again. 

We endeavour to provide a helpful service to both commercial and domestic environments and understand that not everyone has the knowledge of water pumping applications. It's the reason we are here; to help those who do not know.

Once again, I cannot stress enough how sorry I am that this has happened.
