Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are extremely saddened to hear that you are not happy with the service you received from us - that was certainly not our intention. I can see that there was a delay in your refund being processed due to an extremely busy period for us, along with launching our new website which also entailed changing our payment provider. As you had ordered before we launched our new website, your order was therefore processed with our previous payment provider this, unfortunately saw us experience some issues during the cross over period. I can see that your refund has been processed now and we can only apologise again for the delay - this is something that we don't foresee to be a problem in the future. Regarding the return postage fee this is explained on our website and via email when you contacted us regarding your return. We are a small independent company and as such we are not in a position at the moment to offer free returns. We do however offer collection, a pre-paid label or we are happy for you to use a courier of your choice.
