So sorry your metal bird arrived in that way . We take great pride in packaging products appropriately. Unfortunately the sticker is applied by the supplier before the product reaches us but I can understand how frustrating it can be when stickers are hard to remove. I'm aware that this was an item reduced in the sale so it may have been on our shelves for some time but we would still not want it to arrive with you in a dusty condition. Unfortunately my order was damaged in transit but it was sorted out so quickly and efficiently as soon as I contacted them, I would definitely shop there again as they couldn't have been more helpful.

It would be good if I had actually received my order before being sent a feedback form! My piece of furniture was meant to arrive yesterday but was cancelled.

Apologies for this. We have just joined FeeFo so that our customers can see independent reviews of our service and products and feedback on their experiences. This will help us to continually improve our service and product range. Review emails will now come out 3 weeks after the purchase to take account of furniture orders like yours were there is a 2-3 week lead time. Apologies also that your chair delivery was cancelled this week. This is very rare and not the experience we want you to have.
