Product was poor, service was good. Candle was recommended, but had no smell, even after burning it for several hours. No one’s fault may have just got a ‘dud’.

We were really sorry to receive your review - we can't see that you have been in touch with us via email in regards to this so we will drop you a line now to see how we can help with the finish on the lamp you've received. It sounds like it might have taken a bit of a bump during transit. In regards to the packaging, we work hard to recycle outer packaging, as well as using shredded cardboard which can be recycled rather than bubble-wrap so this is why the lamp may have arrived with you in this way. So far we find this the most sustainable way of packaging up our items, whilst also ensuring that orders arrive with customers in one piece but we appreciate all feedback and will take this on board.
