Only ok, pick up of item not as arranged and then late into the customer service back and forth suddebly mention is made that I need to pay to return the faulty / incorrect sized item.

Please be assured that we would never charge for a return of a faulty, damaged or an item where we have provided the incorrect information as in your case, this was purely human on error so apologies for that. I do understand your disappointment that the mattress was the incorrect size, these are the measurements given to us by our supplier and has been taken up with them, so thank you for highlighting this.
