Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry that UPS lost your package. Carriers have been extremely overwhelmed, balancing COVID and holiday shipments. We’ve experienced several packages delayed and/or lost as a result. Once we were notified that your package was lost, we filed a claim immediately and reshipped your order at no additional charge. As of now, your replacement package is expected to be delivered tomorrow (12/18/20) Tracking #1Z0111X20344768798. Our records indicate that an email was sent to you on Friday, November 27th, to notify you of the backorder. We asked if you would like to keep this item on backorder, cancel the order, or if you would like to substitute it out for a different product. My apologies, Tina. In your comment, you mentioned "CaviWipes", but I see you actually ordered CaviWipes1, which we do not have those in stock.
