I can honestly say that both Stuart and Katie have been extremely patient and helpful in assisting with out mortgage application. I would certainly recommend them .

I think it is expensive for what you do. Felt like was being passed round people once I had paid the money

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we do appreciate it, whether the feedback is good or bad.  I'm so pleased to see that your mortgage offer was issued quickly.  Whenever a member of the team is on holiday or absent we will always ensure a colleague is able to cover, that way the progressing of the cases continues and you do not have to wait for your Case Manager to return.  I hope that things continue to run smoothly for you and that you will soon be enjoying your new home.

I understand people covering when people are off, but at no point did any of the 3 people I have dealt with say they were covering for someone that is off.
