Firstly we would like to express our regret that you have been dissatisfied with your experience with TopQuote. Customer satisfaction is always our priority. We would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve your issues, but we have heard nothing from you.
You will have received a letter from Legal & General informing you that TopQuote would be contacting you and also giving you the option for no contact if your preferred. TopQuote offer a non-advised service, providing options so that you can make your own informed choice. We take time and care in listening to your needs and ask questions regarding your health and lifestyle to make sure that all of your information is correct before we submit your application to Legal & General. It seems that since we submitted your application, you have made amendments via your online account which has affected the underwriting of your policy. There is not a £400 cancellation charge attached to your policy.
We have tried calling you so that we can help get the issues resolved, but unfortunately we have been unsuccessful. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience so we can resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
