Good Afternoon, Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. As soon as an item is dispatched from our warehouse, an automated email is sent out to you to inform you of this fact so it is strange that you never received this. As on our website, delivery should be between 5-7 working days so your delivery should have been made much earlier than this. After checking your tracking details it looks as if the couriers are having trouble locating your address, I will contact you privately to discuss this further. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, our couriers over in Ireland are usually very good and had we known there was an issue earlier I'm sure we could have resolved it swiftly.
