Horrible customer service! I still haven't received my order and nobody will get back to me! It was "shipped" 3 weeks ago with a tracking number that leads to nowhere!

I paid for 2 day shipping and I still haven't received my item that I purchased on 3/13

Same reason as before. I paid extra for 2 day shipment and have not received my item.
Also you should add the estimated time of what two day shipment means based on purchase date.
