We are truly sorry to see that you are unhappy that we are not able to fulfill your request but it is just due to the fact, that our warehouse is processing way too many orders throughout the day to be able to focus on personalising the packages, especially since Christmas is coming. I hope that despite our logo on the package that the gift will not be ruined and that the person that will receive it will still enjoy the beautifully smelling surprise.
