Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this order, and I can see that you have selected the standard delivery service, meaning that we need to allow two to five working days for delivery. I can see that today is the fourth working day on this delivery, as your goods were dispatched on May 19th, so the full time does need to be allowed.
