Website failure caused my item to be delivered to the wrong address. Auto generated postcodes are no use to anybody. Manually entered my address and item was sent to Scotland instead of Worcestershire

Hermes has dfelivered to the address you provided on the order. We send a confirmation email after an order is placed so that you can check this and contact us if there are any issues. This way we can step in to provide you with support and resolve any issues you have. I can see that you contacted us after the parcel was dispatched.
