I am sorry to hear of your experience. We do not currently offer free returns on all of our items. We would like to give our customers the freedom of selecting the company they would like to return the item back to us with. However, we will always send your exchange or replacement out to you with free shipping. The savings that we make from this, we are able to pass on to our customers with cheaper product prices.
