thank you for such honest feedback and for the 5 star review!! I appreciate that late keys leading to waiting time charges can be the cause of much frustration. Just to let you know the invoice for waiting time charges was emailed Friday evening, although it was sent to a different email address to the one given here. I have now sent it to the email above too, please do contact us in the office if you haven't received this, as its important its forwarded to your solicitor asap!
