It was better than other websites for renting cars in a lot of aspects. It was cheaper and more clear in terms of charging.

I understand your concern having researched the suppler online, but please take some reassurance in knowing that the minority of customers who have had some kind of dissatisfaction are always so much more vocal that the vast majority of happy, satisfied customers.
