Car seat options were only available up to 18 months or 3 years plus. This leaves me with a problem as I need a car seat for a two year old.

We have direct contracts with our suppliers detailing the level of service we expect to be provided to easyCar customers. I understand your concern having researched the suppler online, but please take some reassurance in knowing that the minority of customers who have had some kind of dissatisfaction are always so much more vocal that the vast majority of happy, satisfied customers.
