The local rental company failed to provide me with GPS which I made a request early on.

Thank you for your comments. Most suppliers are able to provide items such as baby seats, child booster seats and GPS units. We are able to request these items for you but payment will be taken by the supplier when you collect the vehicle. We do state that we are unable to guarantee availability but can request these optional extras to the supplier so they are made aware and if available will provide. On the price comparison page next to the price we do show an icon either stating ‘On airport’ or ‘Free shuttle bus away’ The fuel policy is also shown against each car before you select the car. We do clearly advise upfront before any payment is take the fuel policy in the local supplier terms and conditions as this will vary depending on the supplier of the vehicle.
