I am sorry to hear you do not feel we made it clear enough that a young driver surharge would apply between the ages of 21-24 years old. When making the booking online, before any payment was debited the local suppliers terms and conditions shown in two seprate places during the booking process, did clearly advise you that a fee would apply to young drivers. I found the site very easy to use, and especially liked the icons showing things like fuel policy, free additonal driver.

It's the same as most other rental company in Cyprus the price just keeps going up as you book it. Not what you really want.
