Green motion at London Luton airiport who was supposed to be my supplier was extremly bad. Their employed was unpleasant and rude. That is why I quited their service.

Very confusing sets of Terms & Conditions which contradict each other. One for the chosen rental company and one set for EasyCar. Very difficult to understand and I used to work in car insurance !!!!

As discussed on the phone, the young driver surcharge was clearly shown to you in multiple places during the booking process. This was also included in the terms and conditions, you ticked to agree to before any payment was taken.
