Difficult to download the confirmation and very unclear pick up instructions for the car once we arrive at the airport. Would not use again.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you felt the pickup instructions provided on your voucher were unclear. This supplier will keep the counter open if a flight number is provided during the booking process, which you have done so there should be no problems with your booking. Oddly enough the range and description of cars had changed since we last looked at the site to finally book one. What we always find very difficult is gauging the size of car for a family with luggage
