This matter was brought to my attention at the time, I never like to hear a customer was not satisfied with the service and can only apologise once again for the error regarding the picking of your order. It was a failure with the parts department that meant the unit was shipped without the spacers, this has already been raised and addressed to try to avoid a repeat of this error. I know this meant you could not use the smaller gastronorm pans in the unit in the interim and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I hope the offer of the spacers, free of charge, goes some way to make up for the error.

Thank you for taking the time to send feedback and we’re pleased to hear the service you received was good.

We are disappointed to hear you’re not completely satisfied with the noise levels of the unit. As discussed at the time the noise levels of the Xtra range can be higher in comparison to the Foster G2 cabinet however not to the extent you suggest, particularly when located in a commercial kitchen environment.

We will be speaking with the Foster service team to get the full report from the engineer who attended site.
