As a broker they should be securing the best deal and this was proved not to be the case.

I’m really sorry for this mishap; there was a mistake in the renewal process for your policy which shouldn’t have happened. I do apologise. Having spoken with Mark who deals with your account, I understand that we have now been able to renew your policy at a competitive price while still ensuring the most suitable cover for your business.
