The train was a little delayed but we travelled on ItaliaRail for several journeys and we were really pleased with the unexpected Prossecco from Venice to Garda! All the trains were fabulous.

We mistakenly took the wrong train to Milan (same platform, wrong time!) and the man who collected our tickets spent an enormous amount of time on his computer helping us book another train from Milan

Good service. Whole journey was comfortable. Take care of your belongings at stations. Trains run late so check before one sets out of hotel.

The train was traveling just a short distance from Venice to Rome and was late by almost 2 hours. Unacceptable! Difficult to deal with exchanging tickets, etc. Everything seemed like a mob scene.
