Seems straightforward policy. Clear wording. Easy process, s bit different, quirky - more a gap filling exercise than form completion. Hope they are as good as they say in event of a claim.

Great interactive site, follow up email and easy to navigate. Cost £1 extra over my previous insurance but gave me £1K more cover and also no excess to pay so overall better value

Quotation and purchase very simple. Policy wording very easy to understand and premiums are very competitive. Pet insurance is a minefield but Bought by Many have made it a very easy process.
