Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your violet/turquoise bottle. The lava’s appearance can be influenced by ambient lighting, so placing the lamp in a well-lit area may improve the visual effect. As this is one of our darker colourways, it does have a more subtle contrast. To date, we have not received any communication from you about this, but our customer service team is happy to help. Please feel free to contact us directly if you would like further assistance.

I did contact your company and was told that they would not help. I tried placing in a differently lit area, still very poor. I would like you to resolve this issue...but the only advice was to sell it on ebay.
