I've had an email from your customer services team, which I have responded to 3 times and still waiting for a reply. I was told you never received my initial emails, but have since had a separate response from them! The issues I had are not worth the effort to resolve. I'll have accept my 'black' lava lamp is purple.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the product. The lamp you've ordered is the darkest that can be produced, which is why it is known as black/plum. It looks close to black when it is running. You are welcome to return it if you are unhappy - we will gladly provide a refund or exchange it for a different colour. We'll check our spam filter for your emails. Mathmos

Mathmos is one of the few businesses, such as Waitrose, John Lewis and M & S, which never disappoint and always sells superb quality products at a good price.
