I found the staff when I discovered I had ordered the wrong size bottle, to be very helpful, that is apart from the young lady telling me to use Royal Mail and not the carriers you use to return it.

It took several weeks for a completely unexceptional item (a 30W reflector lamp) to come back into stock. Upon delivery one of the three bulbs was crushed due to being mailed in an unsuitable envelope
