Thanks for your feedback and I'm incredibly sorry to hear you received a faulty item. We do quality check all items upon receipt, however we're unable to physically put together every item of flat pack furniture prior to despatch, doing so could cause slight chips in the paint etc. - this is standard practice for retailers. That said it is incredibly rare that that this situation ever occurs,
If contacted regarding an issue like this, we will always send a free returns label to return the item at our cost, and either issue a refund or a replacement item. I can see that you haven't contacted us at all about this, so I will drop you an email now to offer a resolution. My sincerest apologies again.
