Good afternoon Thank you for your feedback. We do not advertise the cottage as having WiFi and we do ask guests to check if their mobile coverage is adequate if this is important to them. Every cottage has an Accommodation User Guide which gives details of how to operate the appliances and utilities in the cottage. We have asked the housekeeping team to make this more prominent. The cottage is advertised as having low beams and the bedroom photograph shows the slope in the ceiling. We have passed on your comments about the TV and DVD player.
