Hi I will add that we was very pleased with the Australian guy who meet us at the day of arrival. And the driver and the waiter (both Japanese) was fantastic service minded. But I am sorry to say that the rest was a big disappointment. And for this price you should expect some quality bed. The bed was of hostel quality. Regards Terje

From the moment we arrived Monique was awesome and explained everything. Alex and his girlfriend and all of the staff were great . Nothing was a problem.

Very efficient and offers a host of services which are very helpful including shuttle services to the ski fields and also from and to the welcome centre. The staff have been very helpful and friendly.
