Yes definitely. The only hiccup we has was from the delivery company. Pumps UK said delivery on the following Friday but delivery company phoned and said they couldn't deliver until Monday morning.

although pumps uk ltd's service was good their courier is awful DPD have apparently delivered the pump but at the moment it is sat in their St Austell depot. Please use a different courier!!

Hi Graham,

I am unsure why this has happened. I will be escalating this matter to our Sales Manager as this level of service from DPD is not acceptable as the item was dispatched on a next day delivery when you ordered the item. 

I can only apologise for this and hope it hasn't inconvenienced you. As soon as I have an answer from DPD I shall come back to you as soon as.
