Paper work was okay, but the person to person was much much better.

As I recall, I enrolled over the phone. But I've always found good information on the website.

Web site isn't particularly user friendly. Had to try several times and then make a call to get it to work for me.

Appreciated the prompt call back and the very helpful advisor who answered my questions and booked my trips.

The website was easy to use and provided the desired results. That is as good as it gets.
