Thank you for the feedback and pleased you are happy with the product. We fit trigger clips as they are more robust but there is the option for push clips (which we tend to use on lighter rugs like cotton sheets, fleeces etc) and if you ring us or send an e-mail with the order number in future we would always happily change them to the different clips before dispatching. Regarding the colours we are trying to introduce more colours into the ranges but it is a bit of a balancing act as we have to purchase huge quantities of fabric per colour to keep the prices as good as we can.

We do aim to get as many orders out each day as we can but have to give priority to those who have paid for next day but often we can get some of the standard delivery parcels out too.
