THE ORDER EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT , DELIVERY WAS A1 , UNFORTUNATELY THE VELCO ON THE BELLY STRAP WAS WEAK AND NOW ONE HAS RIPPED OFF THE RUG IS LESS THAN 1 MONTH OLD .

We did contact you immediately via e-mail once we saw this review to try and assist but unfortunately didn't hear back from you so were unable to advise on the problem you mentioned on the rug. Regarding the service you mentioned that it was A1 but left a 3* review. Again we asked via e-mail what we could have done better to improve this rating but didn't hear back from you.
