Thank you for your review, which I am disappointed to read. Having investigated, I personally haven’t seen any communication as it went across to our Retail Managers so, please accept our sincerest apologies on their behalf. I have now requested the touch up pen to be posted out by our parts department and will follow this up with a call to you to discuss the V5. Unfortunately Nathan was looking after both of these issues but has now left the business. Once again, we apologise we have missed the mark and hope that are actions help to rectify the situation.
