Excellent service and communication. Everyone I spoke to was really polite. The instructions were clear and the information provided was emailed im good time before the holiday.

The flat was spotless as promised. Long and tedious route from car park to the apartment. No view whatsoever.... and an awful lot of rules to follow, quite officious

Very good communication through the whole process via the emails prior to check in and on the telephone when needed. Contacted the owner for a minor issue during the stay for us too.

Sweetcombe Cottage Holidays is a locally based self-catering agency focusing on East Devon. Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside. Our office is managed by a friendly, enthusiastic team who know our stunning area of East Devon well. Their personal knowledge of the individual properties ensures that you, our guests, have made a well-informed choice and you can look forward to your holiday with confidence.
