I hope the phone call from my staff member earlier today has cleared up the confusion regarding the cover (you certainly are covered for breakage of a third party's glass) and with regards to the lost application, there was a delay due to the public holiday in Brisbane on the day you applied for your policy. The application was definitely not lost.
