We are very sorry you faced this scenario pre travel.We had explained the situation to you before departure. The issue was that the hotels appointed wholesaler had made 2 identical reservations for your party You, therefore, had a duplicate booking. When you called the hotel they were looking at your second cancelled booking and not your first one ( the correct one which was fully paid ) The fact that you managed to check in without any trouble demonstrates that the issue was with the misinformation provided to you by the hotel. We do appreciate that this would be disconcerting pre travel, and we did our best to assure you that the booking was made correctly, which would have been demonstrated by the fact that the services as promised were provided .With regards to the Jet Airways comments, we as with any agent or operator have no influence or ability to control their policies or prices re baggage, seating or online check in. We are more than happy to assist if you wish to make a complaint to Jet Airways. Again, we are sorry for the elements of the holiday you were not satisfied with, but we hope you appreciate that neither instance was as a result of Air Travel Corporation not acting with care and diligence in making your holiday arrangements.
