I called prior to my return but was advised I will have to return at my own expense and pay another fee for exchange delivery which not fair . It already cost me £10 to return £120.plus uniform due to the size been small and paying to returning and exchange in this situation is very wrong and upsetting 😡 reason I choose to return following telephone conversation with customer service.
