Dear Mr Fowlds, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our company. We are sorry to learn of your disappointment on this occasion. As has been explained to you, by our Customer Relations Team, you left your toll road deposit in the form of cash. The rental company are unable to return the cash payment to you, as it can take up to 4 weeks for it to be established whether or not the tolled roads were used during your hire. LC Rent then offered to process the refund via bank transfer, however, you were unable to send your details which would have allowed them to complete the transaction. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded the 20 EUR toll deposit on this occasion.
