Website is clear and easy to use. Prices and included extras are very good. Additional insurance option is good value compared to most other car hire companies.

I needed to clarify a couple of points and your customer service was extremely good.

Quick and easy. Only drawback was insistence on credit card at pick-up (although this is local firm's policy, not economy car hire).
