Whilst Art of Safari does not own any lodge or hotel, as your travel agent, we are always available throughout your safari and contact details of your travel consultant & the ground handlers are provided in your travel documents. All our suppliers were aware of your dietary requirements as they had been informed well in advance. We are really sorry that you did not reach out to us or our ground handlers directly at the time so that we could ensure that your dietary requirements were adequately met and had we been informed at the time, we most certainly could have acted upon this immediately and prevented any further inconveniences. Unfortunately, lodge feedback forms are used by the lodge themselves to better their customer experiences – this is the way it works with most establishments. Each lodge operates independently so any feedback that you give them does not necessarily filter on to the next lodge. It is a great pity that we were not notified directly as this could easily have been resolved.
