Really sorry that you experienced some confusion around how to make changes to your booking or how to contact us.
We cover these areas comprehensively in the help section of the website which you can access by clicking the "Bookme Help" link at the bottom of every page.
Without being 100% clear on exactly what the booking issue was it sounds like you couldn't go at the original time you booked. In some instances because Bookme's deal prices are different at different departure times you may be required to pay the difference when changing departure times directly with the activity operator in much the same way as if you changed to a more expensive flight booking, or hotel booking. As much as we would love to be able to provide discount prices on all departures this just isn't the way the industry works and peak times will often come with a different price than off peak times.
