In June 2018 we will be launching our new site which will see an increase in the amount of new content with a specific focus on skills, techniques and recipes. I'm sure this will help you and others who need to bridge the gaps between cakes that are too easy and those they consider too difficult. Watch this space :-)

With the regards to shortening the course, not sure if you are aware but there's a Highlights lesson with each of the courses, which refines the whole course down to between 10-15 mins of bullet points covering the key learning skills and techniques. With the Highland Coo course its Lesson 16 and lasts 11:35. Hope this helps :-)
