We take the cleanliness and ventilation of our coaches seriously and have implemented measures to ensure their upkeep. While our Travel Directors will encourage guests who feel unwell to wear masks, we cannot make them act responsibly. We understand that preventing the spread of illnesses can be challenging.
We apologise that you found our coach to be too cramped. If you require more space, our sister company, Insight Vacations, has coaches specially reconfigured with only 40 seats to provide guests with more legroom similar to business class. Classic Insight Vacations tours accommodate a maximum of 40 travellers, while Small Group departures have only 24. Additionally, Insight Vacations offers an Easy Pace tour option, which allows for relaxed starts, more free time, and up to three days in each location to enhance your travel experience.
