Staff did everything they could to fix a difficult situation health wise for me. Coach driver was excellent. Tour director had a lot of knowledge.

Trafalgar Tours is an excellent company but the final word is in the field. A tour director could make a tour unforgettable or spoil it.

Poor accommodations on the ferry from Denmark. One level below the cars and buses, plus no window, is not acceptable. The cabins were so small with poor ventilation. Room in Belarus was disappointing.
